About us

ParenTalk was born from lived experience.

Between them, Camilla Marks and Sharon Fennelly have navigated the full reality of modern parenting — the emotional load, the worry, the guilt, the constant juggling of work and family. What struck them most wasn't just how hard parenting can be. It was how invisible that reality often is in the workplace.

How ParenTalk began.

ParenTalk didn't begin in a boardroom — it began under a tree in a local village. Camilla and Sharon met by chance while walking their dogs, and it quickly became clear how much they had in common, both as parents and professionally.

The same frustrations kept surfacing. The same gaps. The same parents struggling. The same lack of joined-up, practical, emotionally intelligent support — both at home and at work. By the time the dogs were ready to head home, the seed for ParenTalk had been planted.

What we believe.

Warmth first

Parents don't need another dashboard. They need a calm voice at 3am and a real expert when it matters.

Evidence over opinion

Every answer PAT gives is grounded in peer-reviewed guidance. Every expert in our network is credentialed and vetted.

Signal, not surveillance

Employers see what parents need in aggregate. Never who asked. Never what they asked.
